Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Lornapp platform, operated by L'Agence LW SAS, and any related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
2. Service description
Lornapp is a SaaS platform for managing and reporting on influencer campaigns, designed for brands and agencies. It allows you to manage influencers, campaigns, published content, and to connect a Shopify store. The service is multi-tenant: each organization has its own dedicated workspace.
3. Account creation
Access to Lornapp's features requires the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The following are prohibited: any unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent use of the service, distribution of unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights, and any action likely to compromise the platform's integrity.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (software, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text) are protected by applicable laws and remain the exclusive property of Lornapp or its partners. No license or right of use other than what is strictly necessary to use the service is granted to you.
6. Liability
Lornapp undertakes to make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and security of the service. Lornapp shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, improper use of the service, or indirect damages. Data entered by the user remains under their responsibility.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your personal workspace or by contacting us, in accordance with the termination terms and conditions set out in the Lornapp contract signed between the parties (in particular regarding notice periods and the conditions applicable to your subscription plan). Lornapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, subject to reasonable notice where possible and in accordance with the applicable contractual provisions.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
