Is the price per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. One workspace = one brand, with 3 users included. If you need more users, it's €25 / month per additional user.
What's the difference between a user and a reader?
A user can create, edit and manage campaigns. A reader has read-only access — perfect for your management, sales teams or clients who just want to see the results. Readers are unlimited and included.
I'm an agency with ten clients. Which plan do I need?
The Pro plan. You create one workspace per client, and you bill LORNAPP as part of your services (or not, it's up to you).
What if I have just one brand but several countries / Shopify stores?
The Pro plan too. Each workspace is linked to a different Shopify.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free. We activate it at the end of the demo, so you can test it with your real campaigns.
How does billing work?
Monthly or yearly, by card or bank transfer. Invoice sent automatically every month.
Can I change plan?
Yes, anytime, both ways. Billing adjusts on a prorated basis.
